Ms. Parker’s practice focuses on representation of companies, entrepreneurs, and professionals, on a broad array of business transactional, and regulatory and compliance matters. Her experience includes advising public and private companies, including emerging companies, medical and dental practices, technology companies, pharmaceutical companies, billing and medical coding companies, and developers, in connection with negotiating and drafting contracts, corporate governance matters, financing transactions, sales & acquisitions, fund formation, real estate development and construction, employment matters, developing company policies, and regulatory compliance (including compliance with SEC and FINRA rules and regulations, FMLA, ADA, Stark laws, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPPA, False Claims Act, and ARRA). Prior to joining the Rosen Law Office, Ms. Parker practiced at several large law firms, including Wilmer Hale and Dewey & LeBoeuf, in New York, Boston and the Washington, D.C. area. Her publications include Executive Summary on NYSE’s Commission on Corporate Governance Issues and Medicare Reimbursement Model, both published by the American Health Lawyers Association and Beyond HIPAA: Extra care required in disclosing substance abuse treatment records, published in Health Care Compliance. Ms. Parker graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Tulane Law School, where she was Notes & Comments Editor for the Tulane Law Review. Before practicing law, Ms. Parker was a journalist.
